With the final term now underway, you may be considering getting your class out and about– either for an excursion or end-of-year celebration. Have you considered Transperth as a sustainable, cost-effective way to get there?

The Transperth Education team can assist in co-ordinating the bus, train and ferry services you need to successfully navigate the Transperth network with your class.

Better still, if you can commence your journey by train, Transperth Group Ticketing is available. This provides travel by train and ferry for as little as $1.40 per student and $4.90 per adult*.

If you are considering this option there’re a few things to keep in mind.

  • Plan your journey in advance. The more information you can provide, the easier it is for us to create an itinerary suitable to your needs;
  • We have restrictions on the group sizes: 35 on buses and 95 on trains. Bigger groups may need to split over multiple services;
  • Even if your numbers are not confirmed, let us know about your travel as soon as you can.  The more time our team has to process your booking, the better. We can re-adjust the numbers later.

With plenty of bookings coming in for Term 4, the earlier you can get your booking in to us, the better” says Transperth Education’s David McMahon. “Bookings received within two weeks of your excursion may not be able to be processed.”
